I had to make some changes to my information with the City Assessor's office, because their records are super old.
The conversation went something like this:
me - "Hi I'd like to make a change to my account information."
lady - "um, OK what's the address?" (muffled, hard to hear.)
me - "xxxx xxth Avenue South."
lady - "um, hmmm, blah blah what are we doing now?"
me - "I'd like to do a change. The name is Kady Hexum. H.E.X.U.M."
lady - type type type "I've made that change." (muffled)
me - "Ok, thanks!, Bye"
But she had already hung up.
