Another Year, Another Type of Cancer in the No-No-Special Place

2010 was the Year of Prostate Cancer in the Hexum family and it seems 2012 will be the Year of Uterine Cancer. My mom got her labs back from her lady doctor appointment and they say she has stage one Well Differentiated Endomedtrioid Adenocarcinoma. Which just basically means they need to get that wrinkled-old-heavily-used-baby-house the heck out of her body. Surgery is October 3rd and we're told she'll be good as new. No chemo necessary.

Anyway, in honor of Cancer and Moms Everywhere, I'd like to present to you the video I promised her I would never put on the "Internet". I feel the statute of limitations on that request has expired.  Enjoy.

Love you mom!

Cancer. Straight shot to the baby maker. My mums just getting done with cancer of the titty boobs. I hope your mum punches cancer right in its horrible face like she did.

That's awful, but I'm glad she can get surgery and not have to do chemo. That's the worst. I hope she does well in surgery!

Thanks lj, we had a very bad day when we found out but the news kept getting better and better the more info we got. And now she's back to normal. Making my lunch.like she should be.

I hear that uterine cancer can be caused by graffiti left inside about 35 years earlier. But seriously, we will pray for her and hope she does well.

Our bodies can be real dicks to us. I hope she makes a quick recovery.

Also, I like it when the little girl's backup singer chimes in and turns the song into ragecore.

I have to agree with Kelly. Was there a drop left in that big bottle of wine sitting on the table? I want what she's having!
Sweet of you to post this. Hope all goes well with surgery. Your number one fan! :)

Maybe you should stop leaving the country so your parents stop getting cancer! ;)

I hope your mom is doing well and kicked cancer to the curb. I loved the little girl's 1!2!3!4! A little riot grrrl after my own heart. And did you know there was a cougar in the next room?
